Key Responsibilities
SAP ECC Finance leadership : Lead end-to-end SAP ECC Finance (FI/CO) upgrades and support projects .
Team management : Supervise, mentor, and coordinate a team of 20+ SAP consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.
Stakeholder collaboration : Partner with business stakeholders, finance teams, and IT leadership to align SAP solutions with organizational goals.
Process optimization : Identify prospects to streamline financial processes, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance compliance.
Project governance : Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, risk management, and change control processes.
Training & knowledge transfer :



Develop training programs and ensure effective knowledge sharing across the finance team.

Required Skills & Experience
SAP ECC FI/CO expertise : Robust hands-on knowledge of SAP Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling).
Leadership experience : Minimum 10+ years in SAP Finance with at least 5 years leading large teams (20+ resources).
Global project exposure : Experience in multi-country rollouts, global templates, and localization requirements.
Finance domain knowledge : Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards.
Communication skills : Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
