We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and building scalable data platforms using Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, Python, and Azure Data Factory. This role offers the chance to architect end-to-end data solutions, establish technical standards, and work on up-to-date cloud-based data platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Architect, design, and develop scalable end-to-end data pipelines.
Build raw data ingestion pipelines into Snowflake using Azure Data Factory and Python.
Develop and optimize SQL queries, data models, and transformations using dbt.
Perform Snowflake administration, including user and role management, warehouse optimization, and resource monitoring.
Design and develop Azure Functions for scheduled and event-driven processing.
Build streaming data solutions using Azure Event Hubs.
Develop and maintain Git-based CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to design scalable data architectures.
Document technical solutions and establish engineering best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.




6+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
Strong expertise in Snowflake, including querying, data modeling, and performance tuning.
Hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
Experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure Data Factory.
Robust knowledge of dbt.
Experience developing Azure Functions.
Working knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of software architecture and SOLID principles.
Ability to independently design and own complex data engineering solutions.

Preferred Skills
Snowflake Administration.
Azure Event Hubs.
Azure DevOps (ADO).
.NET / C#.
Experience designing enterprise-scale cloud data platforms.
