Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader who is passionate about sales, leadership, and achieving ambitious business goals. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 4 years of experience, preferably in the solar industry, with proven expertise in managing and motivating a sales team. However, candidates with solid sales leadership experience from other industries are also encouraged to apply.

As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives, setting daily and monthly targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring consistent achievement of business objectives. You will mentor team members, conduct regular training sessions, and help them improve their sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve sales targets.
Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance.
Recruit, train, mentor, and develop sales executives.




Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Generate recent business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
Monitor sales KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring excellent service.

Preferred candidate profile
3 to 4 years of experience in sales, with team handling experience.
Solar industry experience is highly preferred, but candidates from other industries with solid sales leadership experience are welcome to apply.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management abilities.
