We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead, motivate, and develop our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, monitoring team performance, coaching sales executives, and ensuring exceptional customer service while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor individual and team performance through regular reviews and KPI tracking.
Assign sales leads and ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Conduct daily sales meetings and provide ongoing coaching and training.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing complex sales.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
Collaborate with the marketing and finance teams to support promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and documentation procedures.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to overall business growth.





Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 4–6 years of sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership or supervisory role.
Experience in the automotive industry or dealership sales is preferred.
