Execute departmental activities efficiently and within defined timelines.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
Prepare and maintain reports, MIS, documentation, and records.
Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies/vendors as required.
Monitor departmental performance and recommend process improvements.
Handle customer, employee, or vendor queries professionally.
Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring departmental projects.
Analyze data and prepare reports for management review.
Ensure accuracy of documentation and maintain confidentiality.
Train and guide junior executives and support staff when required.
Participate in audits, inspections, and quality initiatives.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
