Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain books of accounts.
Pass accounting entries, journal vouchers, and ledger postings.
Handle Accounts Payable, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
Perform bank, vendor, and client reconciliations.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Support preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and other financial reports.
Prepare MIS reports for management review.
Handle GST workings, reconciliations, and return filings.
Assist in TDS calculations, deductions, and return filings.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, consultants, and banks.
Maintain proper financial records and supporting documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance,



CA Inter preferred).
2–5 years of hands-on experience in Accounts & Finance.
Experience in a Stock Broking or NBFC organization is mandatory.
Candidates should currently be based in Mumbai or the Mumbai Metropolitan
Strong knowledge of:
Accounts Payable
Accounting Entries
Bank & Vendor Reconciliations
GST & TDS
Books of Accounts
Balance Sheet support
MIS Reporting
Statutory Compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, Zoho, or similar.
Valuable analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
