We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineering Lead to drive quality strategy and execution for a large-scale digital transformation program. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in test automation, quality engineering practices, and AI-driven testing solutions. This role will lead a team of QEs, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end quality engineering activities across multiple projects and releases.
Define and implement QE strategy, test plans, and automation frameworks.
Drive adoption of AI/GenAI-enabled testing solutions to improve productivity and quality outcomes.
Manage and mentor QE engineers,
providing technical guidance and career development support.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Developers, and Business stakeholders to define quality objectives.
Establish quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for leadership reviews.
Ensure test coverage across functional, integration, regression, performance, and API testing.
Drive defect management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support release planning and risk assessment activities.
Champion Agile and DevOps quality practices across the program.
