Consultant: Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager for: SAP HCM

Minimum qualification should be B.E, B.Tech or MCA completed

Should have excellent expertise & subject + business knowledge in SAP HCM OM, PA, Time & Payroll

Minimum 4 years experience in SAP HCM

Expertise in SAP HCM modules and sub-modules configuration as well as business transactions is mandatory

Expertise and experience in actually having worked in factory setting is mandatory

Expertise in business & SAP processes related to Time & Payroll along with related compliances are mandatory

Very valuable soft skills are mandatory

Should be self-driven as well as self-motivated, and should be willing to work extra hours or days to complete project tasks ON TIME

Should have very valuable managerial capabilities





Should have at least 2 years experience in Human Resources planning, budgeting and control

Expertise and experience in working with both Business Heads as well as SAP Consultants is mandatory

Expertise and experience in SAP HCM configuration, testing and user training is mandatory

Experience in leading HCM teams in big projects is mandatory

Should have at least one SAP project implementation experience in SAP HCM modules

SAP Certification is preferred, but not mandatory

Business as well as SAP knowledge in integration with other modules is mandatory
