Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to ensure product quality throughout the manufacturing process. The candidate should have robust expertise in fabrication, welding inspection, quality systems, and customer quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, customer specifications, and quality standards.
Inspect fabrication and welding activities, including dimensional and visual inspections.
Prepare and maintain quality documentation such as Inspection Reports, NCRs, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis.
Handle customer inspections, audits, and quality-related concerns.
Support implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
Monitor quality performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of fabrication and welding inspection.
Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.;
Hands-on experience with measuring instruments.
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Preferred Experience
Structural or sheet metal fabrication.
Automotive or heavy engineering industry.
Customer quality management and internal audits.
