Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead the HR and Administration function for a growing IT organization. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit.
Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee advantages.
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and ensure statutory compliance.
Drive learning & development,



retention strategies, and employee relations.
Maintain HR documentation, compliance records, audits, and HR dashboards.
Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.

Requirements
7–12 years of HR experience, preferably in the IT/ITES industry.
Experience managing HR operations for organizations with 80 employees.
Robust knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, performance management, compliance, and HR analytics.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
