Role Description The SAP Implementation Manager will oversee end-to-end SAP implementation and optimization across business functions, ensuring alignment with manufacturing, production, inventory, and finance processes. This full-time role is in office and based in Jalandhar, working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, configure SAP modules, and coordinate testing and user training. The position includes managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, as well as monitoring system performance and driving continuous process improvements.





The SAP Implementation Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and vendors to resolve issues, maintain data integrity, and support change management activities.

Qualifications

Strong SAP implementation and configuration skills in relevant modules (e.g., PP, MM, SD, FI/CO) for manufacturing environments.

Experience in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and translating operational needs into SAP solutions.

Proficiency in project management, including planning, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and documentation.

Ability to lead user training, support change management initiatives, and provide ongoing functional support.

Knowledge of production planning, inventory management, supply chain workflows, and shop-floor operations.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a cooperative and detail-oriented work style.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; SAP certifications are an advantage.

Prior experience implementing SAP in a manufacturing or industrial setting is highly desirable.
