Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage detailed Mechanical BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other BIM tools.
Create HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection models as per project requirements and standards.
Perform clash detection and coordination using Autodesk Navisworks.
Coordinate with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines to resolve design and coordination issues.
Ensure models comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), LOD requirements, and client standards.
Lead Mechanical BIM deliverables for multiple projects.
Review and validate BIM models, shop drawings, and construction documents before submission.
Guide and mentor BIM modelers and junior engineers.
Prepare HVAC ducting systems, chilled water piping, plumbing systems, and fire protection layouts.
Generate schedules, quantities, and documentation from BIM models.

Preferred Experience
Experience working on US, UK, or Middle East projects. Understanding of international codes and standards such as ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, and SMACNA.
