About the Rol e The Senior Manager / Manager – Business Development will play a crucial role in driving business growth and client relationships across various segments, ensuring the delivery of exceptional financial solutio ns.

Responsibilities
Business Develo pment: Identify, develop, and manage recent business opportunities Domestic Factoring, Export Factoring, Reverse Factoring and Treds. Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across targeted seg ments.
Client Relationship Manag ement: Build robust, long-term relationships with corporates, SMEs, and channel partners to maximize business opportunities and client rete ntion.
Market Intelli gence: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine product offerings and sales strat egies.
Deal Structuring and Negoti ation:



Customize financial solutions based on client requirements. Lead commercial negotiations to close transactions efficiently while ensuring profitability and compl iance
Collabor ation: Work closely with internal teams like Credit, Risk, Operations, and Legal to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for cl ients.
Sales Planning and Exec ution: Prepare and implement a focused business development plan in consultation with the superiors. Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual ta rgets.
Compliance and Risk Manag ement: Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit stan dards.
Reporting an d MIS: Maintain accurate records of business activities, pipeline status, client interactions, and revenue forecasts. Present regular updates to senior manag ement.
Brand Represent ation: Actively participate in industry forums, client meetings, and networking events to represent SBI Factors Ltd and promote brand visibility.
