THE ROLE

This is brand management through the lens of search. You'll look after how client brands show up when someone searches their name — the results, the reviews, the mentions, the things a prospect reads before a salesperson ever gets a call.

It's a role for someone at the start of their SEO career who wants to specialise rather than generalise. You won't be running technical audits on enterprise sites. You'll be watching branded search results daily, spotting what's changed, flagging problems early, and building the content and signals that push the right things up.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Track branded search results, reviews, ratings and mentions across a portfolio of client accounts
Flag negative coverage and sentiment shifts early, and help shape the response
Draft and optimise brand content — profiles, listings, landing pages, FAQs, review responses
Keep business listings, knowledge panels and directory profiles accurate and consistent
Support keyword research and on-page optimisation for brand and category terms
Pull together monthly client reporting on visibility,



sentiment and share of voice
Sit in on client calls and learn how reputation decisions get made

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
0–2 years of SEO or digital marketing experience — an internship, a first agency role, freelance work or your own projects all count
Understanding of SEO fundamentals: how search results are built, what a keyword is for, why links and reviews matter
Confident written English, and an eye for tone — you'll be drafting things clients put their name to
Careful and consistent, because this work is detail before it's strategy
Curious about brands and why people trust some and not others
Able to work in office in Delhi, full time

NICE TO HAVE
Any hands-on time with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or SEMrush
Exposure to customer support, social media management or review platforms
A completed SEO or digital marketing certification
Hindi and English, or another language spoken in India
