Role Description The Senior Human Resources Executive will lead and manage end-to-end HR functions to support Pravixa AI’s growing technology and engineering teams. This full time, in office role is based in Kolkata and involves overseeing HR operations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding processes, driving performance management cycles, and supporting learning and development initiatives.

The role will maintain positive employee relations, handle grievance resolution, and promote a healthy, inclusive workplace culture aligned with organizational values. The Senior HR Executive will collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, compensation and benefits, HR analytics, and strategic HR initiatives that support business growth and employee engagement.

Qualifications Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in strategic HR planning and execution.

Hands-on expertise in HR Operations and HR Policies, including policy development,



implementation, and regulatory compliance.

Proven skills in Employee Relations, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance work workplace.

Experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management within technology or software-focused organizations.

Knowledge of Indian labor laws, compensation and benefits practices, and HR documentation standards.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with leadership.

Demonstrated ability to use HRIS tools and basic HR analytics for decision-making and process improvement.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are a plus.

Prior experience in a senior HR role or similar leadership capacity, ideally in a rapid-paced tech or digital transformation environment.
