Job 1: Senior HR Manager/ HR Manager

Location: Fort, Mumbai (10 minutes walking distance from CSTM Station)

Key Responsibilities
Establish and streamline the organization's HR function.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.
Drive end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.
Design and implement performance management systems (KRA/KPI/Appraisals).
Handle employee lifecycle management from onboarding to exit.
Manage compensation benchmarking, salary revisions, and CTC structuring.
Prepare HR budgets and support manpower planning.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Shop & Establishment, etc.).
Handle employee relations, grievance management,



and engagement initiatives.
Drive learning & development, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
Coordinate with department heads and management on HR strategies and people initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related discipline.
5+ years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Manager role.
Strong experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, Performance Management, Compliance, and Employee Engagement.
Experience in HR policy drafting, SOP implementation, and HR process setup.
Valuable knowledge of payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30–45 days' notice preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
