This is an SEO role where reputation matters as much as rankings. You'll work across a portfolio of client brands, owning what people find when they search a company name — and stepping in when what they find isn't valuable.

That means handling complaints and negative sentiment: tracking reviews and mentions, coordinating responses, escalating what needs escalating, and building the content that earns its place above the noise. Alongside that, you'll run the day-to-day SEO that keeps clients visible across Google, YouTube, app stores, review platforms and AI answer engines.

We're hiring at entry to mid-level. You should have hands-on SEO experience already, but we're not expecting you to have run a full reputation programme on your own — you'll learn that here, with support.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Monitor branded search results, reviews and mentions across platforms for a set of client accounts
Respond to and manage complaints and negative feedback, working with clients on tone and escalation
Build and optimise content that strengthens each brand's search presence
Run keyword research,



on-page optimisation and technical checks — audits, structured data, indexation, page speed
Adapt approach across sectors, from regulated industries to consumer brands
Report clearly on rankings, sentiment, traffic and share of voice, and say what you're changing next

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience, in-house or agency
Working knowledge of Google Search Console and GA4, plus one of Ahrefs, SEMrush or Moz
Solid written English — much of this job is words on a page
Comfortable with client contact and with sensitive conversations
Organised enough to run several brands at once without dropping threads
Able to work on-site in Bangalore, full time

NICE TO HAVE
Any exposure to review management, ORM or customer support
Familiarity with how AI search tools surface and cite brands
Basic HTML, or spreadsheet skills beyond the basics
A second language spoken in India
