We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with robust expertise in hiring for Global Capability Centres (GCCs). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building and scaling teams for GCCs across domains such as IT, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, and Shared Services.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for GCC / Captive centres across India.
Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs for global capability teams.
Drive hiring across Technology, Data Analytics, Finance Accounting, and Operations / Shared Services.
Build solid pipelines for mid to senior-level roles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and market mapping.
Engage with candidates from top GCCs / Captives / MNCs.
Maintain high-quality candidate experience and quick turnaround time.
Handle offer negotiation and closures.

Required Skills Experience




5 10 years of recruitment experience with minimum 3+ years in GCC / Captive hiring.
Robust understanding of GCC ecosystem in India (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai).
Proven track record in hiring for MNC Captives / Shared Services and Global In-house Centers (GICs).
Expertise in sourcing and talent mapping for niche roles.
Experience working with global stakeholders and time zones.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
