Requirements
Experience in managing technology implementation projects.
Functional experience in procurement (preferably in the Procure-to-Pay space).
In-depth knowledge of Source-to-Pay solutions.
Capable of solving complex business/procurement situations through a combination of functional and technology implementation experience.
Willingness to drive things to closure irrespective of the odds.
8+ years of relevant experience in product implementation.
Valuable communication skills and the ability to liaise with various internal teams.
Ability to document action items and drive them to completion.
Responsibilities
Develop implementation project plans with the customer.
Comprehend customer business needs and provide the right solution that works within the product framework.
Manage customer stakeholders and ensure their requirements and concerns are heard and well-coordinated internally.
Handle deployment responsibilities, including assisting customers throughout the various phases of the implementation process.
The Associate Project Manager/Project Manager is primarily responsible for creating and maintaining Business and Technical Requirement Documents (BRDs/TRDs) with customers and internal GEP resources.
Assist with all aspects of a deployment, including (but not limited to):
Process configuration
Feature/functionality demonstrations
User interface configuration
User and supplier setup
Act as a liaison between the customer and various groups within GEP, such as Technical Support, Sales, Engineering, and Product Management.
Manage GEP resources deployed during the implementation.
