Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, finished products, water, swabs, and environmental samples.
Perform routine tests such as TPC, yeast & mold, coliform, E. coli, Salmonella, and Staphylococcus.
Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices in production and storage areas.
Conduct hand swabs, surface swabs, equipment swabs, air monitoring, and water testing.
Maintain proper documentation of test reports, swab reports, water testing, media preparation, calibration, and lab records.
Investigate microbial failures, deviations, complaints, and support corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, HACCP, FSSAI, BRCGS & FSSC 22000 and internal quality standards.
Support internal audits, customer audits, external audits, and certification requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly microbiology reports.
Train junior staff and coordinate with QA, production, maintenance, and stores teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
