Role Description The Senior IAM Architect (IBM Verify) is a full time, remote role based in India. This role is responsible for designing and leading end-to-end identity and access management (IAM) architectures using IBM Verify and related technologies. Day-to-day tasks include defining IAM reference architectures, creating technical designs, and collaborating with stakeholders to align solutions with business and security requirements.

The Senior IAM Architect partners with software development teams to implement secure authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle processes, and oversees integration with applications, directories, and cloud services. The role also involves leading IAM projects, conducting design and security reviews, troubleshooting complex integration issues, and providing guidance, documentation, and mentorship to technical and non-technical team members. Qualifications

Must live in Indian and work on Indian Standard Time w/ Robust IAM and architectural skills, including Architecture, Architectural Design, and experience designing IBM Verify-based solutions.

Proficiency in Software Development related to IAM implementations,



including APIs, SDKs, and integration patterns.

Hands-on Integration experience with identity providers, directories, applications, and cloud platforms.

Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, including planning, coordination, and delivery of complex IAM initiatives.

Deep understanding of authentication and authorization standards (e.g., OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM) and identity lifecycle management.

Experience with security best practices, risk assessment, and compliance requirements related to identity and access management.

Ability to translate business and security requirements into clear technical designs and roadmaps, and to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; advanced certifications in IAM or security (e.g., CISSP, CIAM) are a plus.

Prior experience in a senior or lead IAM architecture role and familiarity with hybrid work settings.
