REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of mobile development; production-shipped apps on both iOS and Android with significant user bases (50K+ DAU preferred).
4+ years of Flutter / Dart in a cross-platform production app.
Proficient in Swift (UIKit + SwiftUI) and Kotlin (XML layouts + Jetpack Compose).
Demonstrated experience building healthcare or highly regulated consumer apps (HIPAA, PHI handling, biometric auth, encrypted local storage).
Hands-on AI/ML integration in mobile cloud LLM APIs and/or on-device inference.
Experience with HealthKit (iOS) and Health Connect (Android) including clinical health records access.
Solid grasp of REST and FHIR R4 API consumption, WebSocket real-time streams, and offline-first sync (Hive, SQLite, Room, CoreData).
Deep understanding of App Store and Google Play review guidelines, especially for healthcare / medical apps.
Solid test discipline: unit, widget, integration, and E2E tests with measurable coverage targets.
Solid communication — comfortable in cross-functional squads with product, design, clinical, and data science stakeholders.
