Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mobile Developer, specializing in Flutter and Android development, to join our client's rapid-growing Fintech product team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building robust, scalable, and secure mobile applications, and will play a key role in shaping innovative financial solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain secure, high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and Android (Kotlin/Java).
Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver seamless financial experiences.
Architect and implement complex mobile solutions with a focus on scalability, usability, and regulatory compliance.
Lead the technical design and implementation of core fintech features such as payments, transactions, and authentication modules.
Optimize mobile apps for efficiency, speed, and scalability.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure engineering excellence.
Stay up to date with emerging trends in mobile and fintech technologies.
Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth performance and a secure user journey.




Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to product roadmap discussions.

Requirements
9–12 years of qualified experience in mobile application development.
Strong expertise in the Flutter framework for cross-platform apps.
Proficiency in Android development (Kotlin/Java).
Experience working on Fintech products (payments, wallets, lending, banking apps preferred).
Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, security standards, and compliance requirements.
Experience integrating with RESTful APIs, third-party fintech libraries, and backend services.
Knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and secure architecture.
Solid problem-solving and debugging skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred).
