About the Role

We are looking for an experienced mortgage sales qualified who can source, process, and manage home loan and property loan cases across Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate should have experience working with banks, DSAs, builders, or financial advisors and be confident handling the complete mortgage process from lead generation to loan disbursement.

Key Responsibilities
Generate business for Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), Commercial Property Loans, and Balance Transfer (BT) cases.
Build and maintain relationships with banks, builders, DSAs, and financial advisors to generate quality leads.
Assess customers financial profiles by reviewing income documents, bank statements, ITRs, balance sheets, and credit reports.
Coordinate with credit, legal, and technical teams to ensure smooth processing and timely loan approvals.
Manage the complete loan journey—from lead generation and file login to sanction and final disbursement.




Ensure all loan files comply with RBI regulations, KYC requirements, and company credit policies.
Maintain strong follow-up with customers and channel partners to achieve monthly business targets.

Eligibility
2–5 years of experience in mortgage sales, home loans, LAP, or retail banking.
Experience working as a Relationship Manager, Banker, Mortgage Sales Executive, or DSA Channel Manager.
Good understanding of mortgage concepts such as FOIR, LTV, Debt-Service Ratio, and credit assessment.
Knowledge of Delhi NCR property documentation, legal verification, and technical valuation.
Ability to independently source business through personal or channel networks.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in both English and Hindi.

Preferred Candidate
Existing network with banks, builders, DSAs, or financial advisors.
Self-driven and target-oriented with a proven track record in mortgage sales.
Robust customer handling and consultative selling skills.
