We are looking for an experienced and result-driven candidate to lead our inside sales efforts and drive business growth for our IT services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end inside sales activities including lead conversion, nurturing, and closures for IT Saas, mobile apps and Web apps
Manage outbound sales through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
Identify new business opportunities and build robust client relationships
Coordinate with marketing and pre-sales teams for qualified lead conversion
Conduct client presentations, proposals, negotiations, and follow-ups
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets and sales KPIs
Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates regularly
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in IT inside sales/business development
Robust understanding of IT services, software solutions, and digital products
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and lead conversion
Ability to handle international clients and direct sales processes
Target-oriented mindset with solid leadership abilities
