Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate DevOps Engineer with robust expertise in Kubernetes and modern DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cloud infrastructure, automating deployment pipelines, and ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security.

Note: We are looking for candidates who are immediate joiners and are currently based in Pune. Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Deploy, manage, and scale applications using Kubernetes.

Work with containerization tools like Docker.

Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues.

Ensure high availability and security of systems.

Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to streamline releases.

Maintain documentation for infrastructure and deployment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications





5–10 years in a DevOps or Platform Engineering role.

Robust hands-on experience with Jenkins pipelines and multi-environment release management.

Cloud expertise across at least two of the following: AWS, GCP, Azure — with AWS being primary.

Experience with security tooling (GuardDuty, IAM hardening, secrets rotation) and incident response.

Comfort with cloud cost management — tagging strategies, billing reconciliation, and identifying untracked resource spend.

Familiarity with database operations: RDS, MongoDB/DocumentDB snapshots, backup/restore, and monitoring.

Strong incident debugging skills — reading logs, tracing failed builds, correlating CloudWatch alarms.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).

Scripting knowledge (Shell, Python, etc.).

Experience with microservices architecture.

Exposure to Agile/Scrum setting
