What you do
Administer and continuously improve Automic Automation (UC4) environments
Work with job scheduling, AE scripting, and workflow optimization
Support 2nd and 3rd level operations for automation-related incidents
Manage SAP printer administration and troubleshoot printing issues
Support Windows print servers
Maintain and optimize SAP label printing
Operate and support Adobe Document Service
Support SAP Basis client tools such as SAPGUI and SAP Business Client
What you bring
Hands-on experience with Automic Automation / UC4
Good knowledge of AE scripting and automation workflows
Experience in SAP printing environments
Familiarity with Windows print server administration
Practical knowledge of SAP Basis users and client support
A structured, service-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Your Qualifications

Knowledge of AWS, Windows Server, RHEL, and PostgreSQL
Experience in KANBAN or SCRUM environments
