Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant with robust expertise in SAP S/4HANA to implement, configure, and support SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, rollouts, support, and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and customize SAP PP and SAP QM modules in SAP S/4HANA.
Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
Design and implement production planning, manufacturing, and quality management processes.
Configure master data including BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions, Inspection Plans, and Quality Info Records.
Work on production orders, process orders, MRP, capacity planning, and shop floor execution.
Configure quality planning, quality inspection, quality notifications, and quality certificates.




Integrate PP/QM with MM, SD, PM, EWM, and other SAP modules.
Support data migration, testing (Unit, Integration, UAT), and user training.
Resolve production support issues and perform root cause analysis.
Prepare functional documentation and support go-live and hypercare activities.
