Role & responsibilities
Clean and sanitise dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dishwashing area, storage rooms, and waste disposal areas.
Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly.
Dispose of garbage and recyclables according to company procedures.
Assist with receiving, storing, and organising kitchen supplies.
Replenish cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Support kitchen and service staff during busy periods.
Assist with opening and closing cleaning duties.
Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues promptly
