We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive - Liaisoning Officer to coordinate with various government departments and statutory authorities for obtaining approvals, permits, licenses, and clearances related to real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of government procedures and excellent relationship management skills. Requirements

Liaise with CMDA, DTCP, Corporation, Panchayat, Revenue, TNEB, Metro Water, Fire, Pollution Control Board, and other government authorities.

Obtain statutory approvals, NOCs, permits, and licenses for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Coordinate with consultants, architects, and internal teams for documentation.

Maintain strong relationships with government officials and external stakeholders.

Track approval status and ensure timely completion of all liaisoning activities.

Maintain proper records and documentation of all approvals

Robust knowledge of statutory approvals and government regulations.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Valuable documentation and follow-up skills.

Proficiency in MS Office.
