Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety training programs.
Investigate incidents and accidents, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry partners.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in safety management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Safety Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in safety management, preferably in a similar industry.
Solid knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
