1015 years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years as SAP Project Manager.
Proven experience managing end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration, and support projects.
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA landscape and SAP Activate methodology.
Experience in managing cross-functional SAP teams including FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, and Basis teams.
Expertise in project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
Experience working with global clients and managing distributed teams.
Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Experience with project governance, quality assurance, and compliance processes.

• Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities*
Lead SAP implementation, transformation, rollout, and migration projects from initiation through go-live and hypercare.
Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, technical teams, and external vendors.
Monitor project progress, risks,



dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations.
Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive-level project reporting.
Manage project financials, forecasts, and resource utilization.
Drive requirement gathering, solution design reviews, testing, deployment, and change management activities.
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, governance standards, and organizational policies.
