Key ResponsibilitiesTrade Pre-Matching & Processing
Execute daily post-trade allocations, affirmations, and confirmations for executed trades across domestic and international markets.
Perform pre-matching with counterparties, custodians, and prime brokers to ensure trade details match prior to market cut-off times.
Monitor instruction flows across industry settlement platforms (e.g., DTCC, SWIFT, Euroclear/Clearstream, Fedwire).

Discrepancy & Fails Management
Identify, investigate, and resolve trade breaks, price discrepancies, commission errors, and failed instructions promptly.
Track failed trades, analyze root causes, and initiate timely repairs or buy-in procedures to minimize market penalty exposure.
Reconcile daily trade activity, security holdings,



and cash positions against custodian and clearing firm records.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4+ years of experience in middle- or back-office trade operations, clearing, or custody settlements.
Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of the complete trade lifecycle across equities, fixed income, or derivatives.
Technical Tools: Hands-on experience with industry settlement portals (DTCC, SWIFT, Omgeo CTM, Bloomberg).
