Role Description This is a full-time, in office Senior Sales Associate role based in Mumbai.

The Senior Sales

Associate will engage with patients and caregivers to explain services, treatment packages, and payment options, ensuring a explicit understanding of hospital offerings. Daily responsibilities include managing inquiries, following up on leads, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, and supporting patient registration and appointment bookings. The role involves maintaining accurate records of sales activities, preparing basic reports, and contributing to meeting revenue and service targets.

The Senior Sales

Associate will also help improve patient experience by providing courteous assistance,



managing waiting room communication, and supporting hospital promotional initiatives.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and hospital staff.

Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building skills to support patient engagement and satisfaction.

Candidates should possess basic sales and negotiation skills to explain service options and support conversion of inquiries into confirmed treatments.
