Job Summary

Rudra Hyundai is looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Consultants (FSCs) to promote vehicle sales through field activities, customer interactions, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities
Generate sales leads through field visits, referrals, campaigns, and customer networking.
Conduct daily market visits to identify and approach potential customers.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the dealership.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, exchange benefits, and current offers to customers.
Arrange and coordinate vehicle test drives.
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM/DMS.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Participate in promotional events, roadshows, exhibitions,



and dealership marketing campaigns.
Collect customer feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Submit daily activity reports to the Team Leader/Sales Manager.

Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduation preferred.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Prior experience in automobile or field sales will be an added advantage.
Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and MS Office.

Requirements
Two-wheeler with a valid Driving License is mandatory.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Customer-oriented attitude with a positive and professional approach.
