We are seeking an experienced and highly accomplished Senior Structural Engineer with over 20 years of expertise in structural design, engineering, and project execution for large-scale real estate developments.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
Master's degree in Structural Engineering (Preferred).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the structural design and engineering of high-rise residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, design reports, and technical specifications.
Ensure compliance with national and international design codes, statutory regulations, and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, geotechnical engineers, project managers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
Evaluate structural systems and recommend cost-effective, protected, and sustainable engineering solutions.
Conduct design reviews, peer reviews, and technical audits to ensure engineering excellence.
