We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to work in our design team and oversee the execution of a wide variety of projects. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative design and technical feasibility, managing projects from the initial concept phase through to final construction.

Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership: Lead the development of design concepts, ensuring they meet aesthetic goals, functional requirements, and sustainability standards.
Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and consultants (Structural, MEP, Landscape).
Team Mentorship: Supervise and provide guidance to Juniors and Interns,



fostering a cooperative studio setting.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Interior Design from a recognized institution.
Software Proficiency: Expert-level skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, public speaking, and negotiation skills.
4+ years of experience
