Role Description The Senior Director of Operations is a full time, remote role responsible for overseeing the organization’s operational strategy and execution. This role manages day-to-day operations, including process optimization, resource allocation, and performance monitoring across teams and initiatives.

The Senior

Director of Operations will collaborate with leadership to set operational goals, manage budgets, and ensure that programs and events run efficiently and effectively. The role includes leading and mentoring operations staff, establishing standards for service delivery, and implementing systems that enhance member experience and organizational scalability. This individual will also analyze operational data, recommend improvements, and support cross-functional projects that advance the Global Fintech Network’s mission.

Qualifications
Demonstrated strength in Operations Management,



including process improvement and strategic planning.
Robust Analytical Skills for interpreting data, generating insights, and guiding operational decisions.
Proven Team Management experience, with the ability to lead, coach, and develop distributed teams.
Experience with Budgeting, financial oversight, and resource planning to support organizational growth.
Commitment to high-quality Customer Service and stakeholder engagement in a member-focused environment.
Relevant leadership experience in operations, preferably in nonprofit, fintech, or community-focused organizations.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in a work from home setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field; advanced degree is beneficial.
