Key Responsibilities:

Position: CSR Educator / NGO Field Executive

Location UP
Conduct teaching sessions for students as per the curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans and learning materials.
Monitor student attendance, participation, and academic progress.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning workplace.
Organize and conduct CSR activities, awareness campaigns, and community engagement programs.
Coordinate with schools, local communities, and project stakeholders.
Support planning and execution of CSR initiatives and events.
Maintain records, reports, photographs, and documentation of activities.
Submit periodic progress reports to the reporting manager.
Assist in mobilizing beneficiaries and ensuring active participation in CSR programs.
Conduct assessments and collect feedback to measure program effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and project guidelines.
Travel to project locations whenever required.

Desired Qualification:




Graduate in any discipline (Education/Social Work preferred).
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) .
Graduation in any relevant discipline.
Positive knowledge of English and Mathematics .
15 years of experience in teaching, NGO, or CSR projects.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work with communities, schools, and diverse stakeholders.
Willingness to travel to field locations.
