Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP QM Solution Lead / Architect with deep expertise in SAP

Quality Management (QM), solution architecture, and S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing end to end SAP implementations, leading cross functional teams, and delivering scalable solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation, development, and support of SAP QM solutions on S/4HANA.
Analyze and document detailed business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Ensure alignment with ongoing S/4HANA project design and rollout plans.
Architect and configure SAP QM solutions to meet business needs.
Drive functional improvements and lead the deployment of current features.
Coordinate testing phases including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Prepare training materials and support user onboarding with e learning tools.




Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT teams to ensure successful delivery.
Provide consultative leadership in pre sales engagements and solution presentations.

Mandatory Skills
Bachelors or Master€s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
10+ years of hands on experience in SAP QM, including full lifecycle implementations.
Robust experience with SAP S/4HANA (greenfield or brownfield projects).
Proven ability to lead teams and manage project deliverables.
Excellent effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with cross module integrations (e.g., PP, PM, EAM).
Familiarity with LabWare LIMS is a plus.
