Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Location: Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

● Drive B2B sales and business development activities.

● Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation.

● Schedule and attend in-person meetings with corporate clients.

● Build relationships with HR teams, procurement teams, administration teams, marketing departments, and key decision-makers.

● Understand client requirements and develop suitable gifting and procurement solutions.

● Lead negotiations, commercial discussions, and deal closures.

● Manage key accounts and identify upselling prospects.

● Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.

● Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

● Represent the company professionally during meetings, presentations, exhibitions, and networking events.

Skills & RequirementsMust Have

● Excellent spoken and written English & Hindi.

● Strong negotiation, presentation,



and relationship-building skills.

● Proven ability to close B2B deals.

● Solid understanding of corporate sales cycles.

● Ability to independently manage client meetings and business discussions.

● Qualified communication and business etiquette.

Preferred

● Prior experience in corporate gifting, procurement, branding, promotional merchandise, printing, advertising, events, or related industries.

● Experience visiting corporate offices and conducting face-to-face meetings with HR teams, procurement departments, administration teams, and business decision-makers.

● Existing corporate network is an added advantage.

● Experience handling large-value B2B projects.

● Additional language proficiency is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
