Purpose/Objective

Responsible for the Invertory control management for MSPVL EPC O&M; Solar Power Projects all over india locations.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Timely Competed all GRN and send to H.

O And prepare out gate passes for Returnable / Non-Returnable and contractor material after approval from Section head and Heads.

Monitor timely issue of the material & posting all issued documents >90% within 24 hrs.

Maintain clean housekeeping in store area inside, outside & also stores assets.

Maintain Storage location in material group category wise & update the same in SAP system.

Preserved all projects left over / newly incoming material before storage in custody.

Also, critical spares are preserved as per SOP ,5S Implement at Site And Store Area.

Binning - Separately storage of Oil & Electrical Cables, LT Panel insulation material & planning for storage of heavy material packages, effective and optimum usage of warehouse and open yard's available space with proper preservation, Monthly Monitoring of Self life item in Store Material preservation,



perpetual verification Complete Physical Verification on every month and MIS report and Submit sign copy to H.

O Shifting And Segregation All Scrap items from site and declared scrap on time.

Site visit as per the HOD instruction.

MS OFFICE, POWER POINT, SAP Knowledge is Mandatory.

Adherence & Ensuring Stores issue & Receipt functions as per SOP.

5S Implement at Site and Store Area Monthly PV and MIS Report and Completed GRN on Time Strict adherence to Health, Safety and Setting norms.

Adherence to Statutory compliance for direct & indirect employment Build organization which is competent and capable to deliver business goals.

Surprise Audit on stock verification, MSL, ROL implementation.

PR-PO – Material Tracking implementation.

Technical Competencies

Implementation of 5S at Store ,Implementation of Physical stock verification ,Implementation of RGP/NRGP ,Implementation of Reorder level

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification: Any degree with Material Management qualification additional Experience: More than 2 years in Renewable sector store management experience.
