Concept &
Space Planning:
Develop functional space plans and creative design concepts.
Technical Documentation: Create detailed elevations, building sections, and construction details.
BOQ Preparation: Generate accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) directly from final project drawings.
Site Management &
Supervision
Surveying: Conduct precise site measurements and initial space surveys.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Manage communication with contractors, vendor teams, and external consultants.
Project Monitoring: Track site progress to ensure milestones match project timelines.
Handover: Oversee the final site snagging, handover, and project closeout.
SketchUp, 3ds Max, and V-Ray
Documentation: Microsoft Excel (For BOQs and tracking)
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in interior designing and site handling.
Education: Bachelors degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
Skills: Solid leadership skills to handle site teams and external vendors.
