Infrastructure Designers India LLP is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Team Lead – Structural Engineering to lead multidisciplinary structural design teams for residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will possess solid technical expertise, leadership skills, and extensive experience in the analysis, design, and coordination of reinforced concrete and steel structures in accordance with Indian and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of structural engineers and drafting professionals to deliver high-quality structural designs.

Plan, assign, review, and monitor engineering deliverables to ensure timely project completion.

Perform structural analysis and design for RCC and steel buildings using ETABS, PROTECTED, STAAD.Pro, and other engineering software.

Review structural calculations, design reports, and construction drawings.

Design foundations including isolated footings, raft foundations, pile foundations,



retaining walls, and basements.

Lead the structural design of high-rise buildings and complex structures.

Ensure compliance with applicable Indian Standards including IS 456, IS 875, IS 1893, IS 13920, IS 16700, and relevant project specifications.

Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, geotechnical engineers, and project management teams.

Attend client meetings and provide technical presentations and design justifications.

Review value engineering proposals and recommend cost-effective structural solutions.

Guide junior engineers through technical mentoring and design reviews.

Monitor project quality, schedules, and engineering productivity.

Participate in proposal preparation, technical bid submissions, and project planning.

Resolve technical issues during construction and provide site support when required.
