Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Oversee inventory management, including stock tracking, replenishment, and stock control.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock verification/audits.
Monitor daily operational activities to ensure timely execution of tasks.
Coordinate with procurement, production, sales, and logistics teams for seamless operations.
Ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and delivery.
Track inventory levels and prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and inventory reports.
Monitor operational KPIs and identify areas for process improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.




Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.
Supervise warehouse and inventory-related activities to maintain efficiency.
Support management in planning, resource allocation, and operational decision-making.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
Maintain proper documentation of inventory movements, purchase records, and operational activities.
