This is a full-time in office role for a Service Engineer (Mitsubishi PLC, Siemens PLC )based in Haridwar.

The Service

Engineer will be responsible for performing field service activities, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues related to plc, and providing timely technical support and maintenance. Tasks also include conducting regular repair work of equipment,



assisting in system optimizations, and ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining smooth operations for clients' industrial systems. Qualifications

Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues effectively

Experience in Field Service and Maintenance & Repair of industrial equipment

Robust Communication skills to liaise with clients and team members

Expertise in Technical Support to address customer challenges and resolve issues efficiently

Ability to work independently in office while adhering to company standards

Familiarity with automation systems, or predictive analytics is a plus

Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field

Willingness to travel as required for service operations
