We are hiring an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation and support engagements, with strong functional expertise across core supply chain modules.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather business requirements, perform AS-IS/TO-BE analysis, and conduct GAP-FIT assessments
Configure and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules including Inventory, Purchasing/Procurement, Order Management, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, and Supplier Portal
Prepare functional design and documentation (BR100, MD.50/DS-140, TE020) as per Oracle AIM/OUM methodology
Lead and participate in CRP1/CRP2 workshops, UAT, and end-user training




Support data migration/conversion activities using FBDI/ADFDI
Provide post-go-live production support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Oracle Support (SRs) as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams for enhancements and integrations

Required Skills:
58 years of overall experience with relevant hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
Solid functional knowledge of Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Sourcing, and Supplier Portal
Working knowledge of Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules is a plus
Experience with full-cycle implementation and/or production support engagements
Valuable communication skills and client-facing experience
Immediate to 30 days joiners preferreds.
