Job Title: Senior Operations Manager – Admissions Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai Company: GAMMA Marine Employment Type: Full time Experience: 8–10 Years Salary: As per Industrial Standard We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager – Admissions to lead student enrolment operations, drive lead-to-admission conversion, and manage a high-performing admissions team.

Responsibilities - Engage prospective students to advise on courses, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and career progression pathways.
Manage the enquiry-to-enrolment pipeline, following up systematically to convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions.
Design and implement strategies to boost admission targets and enrolment growth.
Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions team, including lead allocation, performance monitoring, and target setting.
Oversee the complete student onboarding process — documentation, eligibility verification, fee collection, and joining formalities.




Maintain accurate CRM records for enquiries and admissions; generate regular performance and MIS reports.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, academic, and accounts teams to ensure a seamless admissions experience.
Uphold ethical counselling standards, ensuring students receive accurate information without unsupported commitments.

Requirements - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field.
8–10 years of experience in admissions management, student counselling, business development, or operations.
Robust communication, negotiation, conversion, and team leadership skills.
Prior experience in the education/training sector highly preferred.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
