Job Summary The Senior Embedded Device Test Lead plays a critical role in the testing and validation process of embedded systems, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet project requirements and objectives. This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive test plans and enhance testing methodologies, ultimately driving efficiency and effectiveness in the testing lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Participate In Functional And Technical Discussions With Clients And Team Members To Understand Functional And Design Specifications, Highlighting Performance Concerns And Inconsistencies, While Ensuring Appropriate Test Settings And Infrastructure Are Maintained And Up To Date.
Identify Opportunities For Process Improvement Within Testing Methodologies And Tools, Implementing Best Practices To Enhance The Efficiency And Effectiveness Of The Testing Process In Embedded Systems.
Oversee The Creation And Execution Of Automated Test Scripts Using Python,
Ensuring Consistency With Quality Standards And Minimizing Exposure To Defects In Embedded Device Functionalities.
Develop, Guide, And Mentor Qa Engineers In Utilizing The Embedded Device Testing Framework, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Increasing Overall Productivity.
Skill Requirements
