We are looking for a Senior Electronics Engineer with strong expertise in analog and digital circuit design for industrial electronic products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience taking products from concept through prototype to mass production and will be an independent contributor capable of driving end-to-end hardware development.
Key Responsibilities
Design electronic architecture for industrial products.
Develop analog and digital circuit designs.
Create schematics and support prototype development through production.
Design and review PCB layouts using Altium Designer.
Coordinate with contract manufacturers during PCB fabrication and assembly.
Develop automated test procedures and maintain technical documentation.
Optimize battery-powered systems for efficiency and performance.
Support product validation, debugging, and design improvements.
Drive products from development to mass production.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
5 years of experience in designing and productizing electronic products.
Strong expertise in analog and digital circuit design.
Hands-on experience with Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB design.
Experience with PCB layout, manufacturing, and contract manufacturer coordination.
Robust experience in schematic creation and hardware development.
Experience with RF and/or IoT devices.
Knowledge of battery management and power efficiency optimization.
Experience creating automated test procedures and technical documentation.
Proven experience leading products through prototype, validation, and mass production.
Ability to work as an Individual Contributor (IC) with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing industrial electronic products.
Solid debugging and hardware validation skills.
Familiarity with design-for-manufacturing (DFM) and design-for-test (DFT) principles.
